It only worked for fifteen minutes and then malfunctioned! Still waiting for a replacement!

I found the field of view to be too wide because the image on the 7 inch screen is too small for facial recognition at the distance I want to cover 50ft. This could be resolved if the resolution of the screen was higher. A larger screen will not help much because I played the recordings on my 19 inch TV and the information is the same. Larger doesnt help much. The recordings are at 3 or 4 frames per second. The criminals faces are often blurry at this speed. I also could find no easy way to get a still photo off of the sd card. Also, the 7 inch screen is not proportioned right. Images are a bit squatty. My 12 year old looks like a round faced 4 year old.

I think its a great starter system. Very impressed with the cameras. The 7 display unit seems realy cheap. I have had many problems with the system. But overall its an average system. For the money I was expecting a little more.

We are very pleased with the First Alert DW-702 system. We can see clearly what is goning on outside during the day and night. The motion sensors turn on before the object or person enters the viewing area.The quality is very good. We are looking forward to purchesing more cameras to add to the unit.

This product exceeds my expectations. It works wonderful! Clear color pictures on monitor, night vision is clear as day. The product was out for delivery immediately, and was at my home well before I expected it to arrive. It came with two cameras, and I am going to order more! A+++
