Rescue Mat by First Alert
The Rescue Mat by First Alert is an ultra-buoyant flotation device designed
for professional surface water, ice, and swamp rescue and retrieval. Model
RESCUE1 has been tested by Intertek Testing Laboratories for physical
construction, label and marking verification and performance testing. Rescue Mat
has met or exceeded the testing criteria created for this product.
Included with Rescue Mat is a carrying case wrap with multiple handles for
effective transport. The wrap is fastened by a quick deployment Velcro-strip.
Rescue Mat and carrying case wrap weighs 65 lbs and can be transported by one or
two-person teams. Rescue Mat measures 25 ft. in length and 5 ft. in width when
deployed giving 25 ft. of instant access into the body of water from dock or
shore. Rescue Mat will hold up to 1,250 lbs of weight in open water with
advanced stability over competitive inflatable products.
