I received the escape ladder, but I havent actually tried it as of yet. However, it sure gives me peace of mind to have it. The ladder is very good quality. It is very strong and very easy to deploy and repackage. It also takes up very little storage room. I would highly recommend this product to anyone living in the second story of any building.
