Use in my 5th wheel trailer. After 3 incidents of water leaks, causing damage to the floor and under sinks, I selected the First Alert 3 pack. Put under kitchen and bathroom sinks and one under the belly next to water manifold. One went off after 3 days of rain just due to the humidity. Really sensitive and a great value.

Need peace of mind from a flooding basement? Then this is the tool for you. I split this package with my mother she has placed one each near her the sump and the hot water heater at different locations in her basement. She duct taped the alarm onto a nearby pipe, about 3 feet off the floor and laid the remote sensors directly onto the floor. Mine is near my sump as well.
