First Alert Anti-Theft Safe features welded steel construction, dual lock access, pry-resistant concealed hinges, and two live door bolts. The First Alert home safe's electronic keypad lock allows users to program a personal three to eight digit passcode for ultimate protection, batteries included. This safe also features a convenient interior light for easy viewing and adjustable shelf for organization.
Durable Pry-Resistant Construction
The First Alert Steel Digital Anti-Theft Safe is made with heavy-gauge welded steel. The design features patented concealed anti-pry Delta hinges and two live-steel locking door bolts. The home safe comes pre-drilled and includes mounting hardware to bolt it securely to a floor or wall. This safe also features a convenient interior light for easy viewing.
Programmable Lock Deters Thieves
A programmable electronic lock allows you to select your own code for access to the safe. The lock will disable the keypad if an incorrect code is entered too many times. An emergency override key is included to ensure you always have access to your items, even if the keypad batteries run out. The home safe also offers an option that requires the combination of a code and key for even greater security.

Wished it was fire resistant, other than that it is perfect to mount to the wall and to a closet shelf. All of us know nothing is really theft proof, but I mounted it so it would be very time consuming or hard for a thief to get. They would have to find it first!. Good product though. I would recommend!
