Q: What are the basic iphone and system settings needed for this product?
A: iPhone 5s and above, iPad 3 and above, iPod Touch 5G and up with iOS9. Your ipone should have WiFi and Bluetooth turned On. Wifi Router running on 2.4 GHz range. If you use iCloud, you must also turn on Key Chain.
Q: I just purchased a Onelink alarm, but it isn't connected to the Internet. What do I do?
A: If your alarm hasn't been added to a Onelink Account, follow these instructions to add it:
Download the Onelink app. Choose the Onelink product you purchased. Follow the instructions in the app to install and set-up
Q: Why might I keep geting a message that states "Pairing Failed"?
A: Verify you are either scanning or entering in the correct pairing code. If you cannot get the unit to Pair via Bluetooth force close the app. IF YOU ARE USING iCloud YOU MUST ALSO TURN ON Apple Key Chain in your Settings. Then swipe away the Onelink Home App and start again after the pushing the alarm terst button 5 times to reset the alarm. Retry the pairing process now from the beginning.
Q: How can I interact with Siri?
A: Siri utterances are now available!You can interact with Siri using the following commands:

- Is the smoke alarm tripped?

A: Minimum coverage for Smoke Alarms, as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), is one Smoke Alarm on every floor, in every sleeping area, and in every bedroom (See "Regulatory Information For Smoke Alarms" for details on the NFPA recommendations). For CO Alarms, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) recommends that a CO Alarm should be centrally located outside of each separate sleeping area in the immediate vicinity of the bedrooms. For added protection, install additional CO Alarms in each separate bedroom, and on every level of your home.
