Just what I needed

In 3 story condo rental in Maryland the sprinklers are help but who wants to be first down the stairs into a smoky fog? This offers a second safe easy out!

section 8 housing

Our ladder was short 5 feet, we would have failed the inspection for section 8 and miss a months rent, but we got the 3 story ladder and we passed the inspection. Thank You, Chuck

Harbor House Ladders

We have a three story harbor house that we rent. We tried other ladders but they did not fit the narrow ledge. We bought both a two story and three story ladders which work beautifully. Hope we never need them but it is comforting to know they are there.

It arrived in good shape. It appears to be of sturdy quality. It is for a rental property and I hope it never has to be used.

Good weight load.

I hope never to have to use this product, but I am happy to have it. It appears easy to use and very sturdy. I also like that it has flat rungs, instead of the round. This is good for when you are descending with more than one person.
