This Hardwired Photoelectric and Ionization smoke alarm provides double protection for both flaming and smoldering fires. The 3120B smoke detector is a state-of-the-art hardwired alarm with a battery backup that features dual photoelectric and ionization smoke sensing technologies. This alarm includes two latching features. One alarm latch easily identifies an initiating alarm even after alarm condition has subsided. the second is a low battery latch that identifies which unit is in low battery condition by blinking the green power light. This alarm also has two silence features that includes a low battery silence that temporarily silences the low battery chirp for up to eight hours. Other features include an 85dB horn, single button test/silence, an easy access battery drawer and dust cover. Installation is quick, easy and cost effective. Connection to AC power is made with a Quick-Connect wiring harness.
